Hire Hotel Staff in Miami: Currently Free
HospitalityHire is starting with two hotel departments only: housekeeping and kitchen. If your Miami hotel expects to hire permanent staff in either, register your interest.
HospitalityHire is currently collecting interest registrations only. It is not yet a job board, account service, candidate search or matching service, and registering does not guarantee any contact, hire or outcome.
Employers hire people directly. HospitalityHire doesn't employ staff or place people on anyone's payroll.
Currently free for hotels.
Housekeeping
Room attendants, housekeepers, public area and laundry attendants, and supervisors. Note your section sizes, shift start times and seasonal staffing plans.
Hotel kitchens
Line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers and kitchen porters for hotel restaurants and room service. Note breakfast, lunch and overnight coverage, and whether shifts change with occupancy.
Food service employees at licensed Florida establishments need approved food handler training within 60 days of starting work. Read the food handler training guide.
Planning for Miami locations
Specify whether your hotel is near Miami International Airport, Blue Lagoon, Downtown or Brickell. Include any overnight shifts and differences between weekday and weekend schedules. Sharing transit access and shift times helps workers judge whether a role fits.
Pay
Florida's minimum wage is $15.00 an hour from September 30, 2026. Tipped employees must receive at least $11.98 an hour plus tips; whether a particular role is tipped depends on the employer and the job. Read the Florida minimum wage guide.
