HospitalityHire Terms of Use

Effective date: 25 October 2026
Version: 1.0

These Terms of Use have three parts:

  • Part A, General Terms, which apply to everyone who uses www.hospitalityhire.group;
  • Part B, Business Employer Terms, which also apply to hotels, restaurants, bars, caterers and other businesses that register interest in hiring or use business features ("Employers"); and
  • Part C, Worker Terms, which also apply to people who register interest in work or use worker features ("Workers").

If Part B or Part C conflicts with Part A, Part B or Part C applies to that conflict.

Part A: General Terms

A1. Who we are and agreeing to these Terms

HospitalityHire is operated by Monte International Management - FZCO, trading as HospitalityHire, a free zone company (FZCO) with limited liability, incorporated in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Dubai Law No. 16 of 2021 and licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, with its registered address at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). The same company operates HomeHire (www.homehire.group). HospitalityHire is HomeHire's sister brand, and the two brands share one platform and one database. HomeHire has its own terms, at www.homehire.group/terms.

By using HospitalityHire or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Notice at https://hospitalityhire.group/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use HospitalityHire.

A2. What HospitalityHire is, and what it is not

HospitalityHire helps hospitality Employers and Workers find each other so that Employers can hire Workers directly.

  • HospitalityHire is not an employer. We do not employ Workers, and we do not become the employer or joint employer of anyone hired by an Employer.
  • HospitalityHire is not an agency. We are not a staffing agency, temporary-help firm, employment agency, labor pool or professional employer organization, and we do not act as anyone's agent.
  • No payroll and no supply. We do not place anyone on a payroll, act as employer of record, supply or dispatch workers, assign or schedule shifts, replace workers, supervise or discipline anyone, or collect, hold or pay wages.
  • Hiring decisions belong to Employers and Workers. Employers decide whom to hire and on what terms. Workers decide which roles to pursue and accept.
  • No vetting. We do not verify identity, work authorization, qualifications, experience, references, licenses or certificates, and we do not run background checks, for Workers or for Employers. Nothing on HospitalityHire is a statement that a person or business has been checked, verified or approved.
  • No guarantee. We do not guarantee that any Employer will hire or that any Worker will find work, or that any person or business is suitable.

A3. Current stage of the service

HospitalityHire is in an early stage. Today it offers an interest registration form for Workers ("Find work") and for Employers ("Hire staff"), currently for permanent full-time and permanent part-time housekeeping and kitchen roles. There are no accounts, profiles, job posts, search or messaging yet. Our initial focus is Miami and South Florida, but people and businesses anywhere in the United States may register.

We may add, change or remove features. Before new features that involve new uses of personal information or new obligations go live, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Notice and, where needed, ask you to accept the new version.

A4. Who may use HospitalityHire

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. HospitalityHire is intended for use in the United States. If you use HospitalityHire for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business, and "you" includes that business.

A5. Fees

No payment is collected through HospitalityHire at this stage, and we do not ask for a payment method. We will not introduce any charge without giving advance notice, and any charge will require your express acceptance of separate paid terms and a separate payment authorization. We will not apply charges retroactively. Workers are never charged to register or to look for work on HospitalityHire.

A6. Your information and accuracy

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, current and yours to give, and that you will not submit information about another person without their permission. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

A7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • give false or misleading information, or pretend to be someone else;
  • post or promote a role that is not real, is unlawful, or asks Workers to pay to get a job;
  • discriminate, or express a preference, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital or familial status, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected by law, except where the law expressly permits it;
  • use HospitalityHire to send spam or unsolicited marketing, or to harass, threaten or exploit anyone;
  • copy, scrape, harvest or bulk-download data from HospitalityHire, or use bots or automated means to access it, except search-engine crawlers that follow our robots.txt;
  • interfere with, probe or bypass the security or limits of HospitalityHire; or
  • use HospitalityHire for anything unlawful.

We may refuse, remove or delete any submission, and suspend or stop anyone's access, if we reasonably believe these Terms or the law have been broken.

A8. Intellectual property

We, or our licensors, own HospitalityHire, including its software, design, text, logos and the HospitalityHire and HomeHire names and marks. You may use HospitalityHire only as these Terms allow. You keep ownership of information you submit, and you give us permission to use it to operate HospitalityHire as described in these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

A9. Links to other websites

HospitalityHire links to other websites, including HomeHire and government resources. We are not responsible for websites we do not operate, and HomeHire's own terms and privacy policy apply when you use HomeHire.

A10. Disclaimers

HospitalityHire is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that HospitalityHire will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it, or provided by any Employer or Worker, is accurate or complete.

A11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, wages or data; (b) we are not liable for the acts, omissions, hiring decisions, employment practices, workplace conditions or pay of any Employer or Worker; and (c) our total liability for all claims relating to HospitalityHire is limited to US$100. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

A12. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our officers, employees and contractors from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of HospitalityHire, or your violation of law or of anyone's rights.

A13. Ending your use

You may stop using HospitalityHire at any time and ask us to delete your registration by emailing tom@hospitalityhire.group. We may suspend or end HospitalityHire, or your access, at any time. Sections A2, A8 and A10 to A16 continue to apply after your use ends.

A14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or HospitalityHire will be resolved only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

A15. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. Material changes will be issued as a new version with a new effective date, and we will give 30 days' notice by email or on HospitalityHire before they take effect. Each acceptance is recorded against the version you accepted. We may ask you to accept the current version before you continue with a feature the change affects.

A16. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any separate terms you accept for a specific feature, are the whole agreement between you and us about HospitalityHire. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.

Part B: Business Employer Terms

These terms apply in addition to Part A when you register interest in hiring through HospitalityHire or, once available, use any business feature.

B1. You are the employer

If you hire a Worker you found through HospitalityHire, you hire that Worker directly, and you alone are the employer. You alone decide:

  • whether to interview, hire or reject anyone;
  • the role, duties, location, hours, schedule, start date and duration;
  • pay and benefits, which you set; and
  • how the Worker is classified (for example employee or independent contractor), in line with the law.

HospitalityHire does not set pay, hours or duties, does not supervise or direct Workers, and has no part in how you manage, pay, discipline or dismiss anyone.

B2. Your legal responsibilities

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you as an employer, including, where they apply:

  • wage and hour laws, including federal, Florida and local minimum wage, tipped-wage and overtime rules, and accurate, timely payment of wages;
  • payroll, tax withholding and reporting, reemployment (unemployment) tax, workers' compensation and any required insurance;
  • employment-eligibility verification: Form I-9 for every hire, and E-Verify where required (for example, under Florida Statutes section 448.095 for private employers with 25 or more employees). HospitalityHire does not complete Form I-9 or E-Verify for you, and does not confirm anyone's work authorization;
  • anti-discrimination and equal-opportunity laws, including Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, 8 U.S.C. ยง 1324b, the Florida Civil Rights Act (Florida Statutes chapter 760), and local ordinances such as Miami-Dade County Code chapter 11A;
  • food-safety and food-handler training requirements (for example, Florida Statutes section 509.049), and alcoholic-beverage rules on who may serve alcohol or work as a bartender or manager (for example, Florida Statutes section 562.13);
  • workplace safety, child-labor, wage-theft (for example, Miami-Dade County Code chapter 22) and any other employment laws; and
  • any background checks you choose to run (see B4).

B3. No agency, supply or placement

HospitalityHire does not recruit, refer or supply workers to you, act as your agent, guarantee any Worker's attendance or performance, or provide replacements. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between you and us, or between us and any Worker.

B4. No vetting by HospitalityHire; your own checks

HospitalityHire does not verify identity, work authorization, experience, qualifications, certificates, references or criminal history, and does not run background checks. Any information about a Worker comes from that Worker and has not been checked by us. You are responsible for any checks you decide to carry out. If you obtain a consumer report or background check, you must do it yourself through a consumer reporting agency and comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state and local law, including written disclosure, written authorization and adverse-action notices.

B5. Fair and lawful hiring

You agree that any role you describe, and any request or decision you make, will be genuine, lawful and non-discriminatory. You must not limit or describe roles by any protected characteristic, or require US citizenship or a specific immigration status, unless the law expressly requires it. Pay you describe must meet the applicable minimum wage.

B6. Use of Worker information

You may use information about Workers that you receive through HospitalityHire only to consider them for a genuine hospitality role with your business. You must keep it confidential and secure, must not sell or disclose it, or use it for marketing, must not add it to other databases, and must delete it when you no longer need it for that purpose or when the law requires.

B7. Communications

Marketing messages we send to you will comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and will include a way to unsubscribe. You agree not to use HospitalityHire, or any Worker contact details obtained through it, to send unsolicited marketing.

B8. Fees

HospitalityHire is currently free for Employers and no billing is active. We reserve the right to introduce fees for Employers in the future. Section A5 applies to any future charge: we will give advance notice, and no charge will apply unless you expressly accept separate paid terms.

B9. Your indemnity

In addition to section A12, you will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims by Workers, applicants, government agencies or others arising from your hiring decisions, employment practices, pay, classification of workers, workplace, or breach of Part B.

Part C: Worker Terms

These terms apply in addition to Part A when you register interest in work through HospitalityHire or, once available, use any worker feature.

C1. Joining is your choice

You join HospitalityHire only by choosing to, by registering yourself and ticking the consent box. If you are a HomeHire member, you are not added to HospitalityHire automatically. Any future option to share a profile between HomeHire and HospitalityHire will be a separate, unticked opt-in that you can withdraw at any time.

C2. Who sees your details

Today, your registration is not shown to Employers or anyone else. If HospitalityHire later offers worker profiles that Employers can see, your profile will only become visible after you opt in and we have shown you which details will be visible and to whom. You will be able to withdraw that visibility at any time.

C3. You deal directly with Employers

If an Employer offers you work, any job is between you and that Employer. The business that hires you, not HospitalityHire, is your employer (or, if the Employer lawfully engages you otherwise, your client). Pay, hours, duties, conditions and how you are classified are agreed between you and the Employer. HospitalityHire does not employ you, pay you, or set your pay or schedule.

C4. No guarantee of work

We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, offered work or hired.

C5. Your information

You agree to give accurate information about yourself, your experience and the work you are looking for. If HospitalityHire later lets you add certificates or attestations (for example, a food-handler card or confirmation that you are 18 or older for alcohol-service roles), they will be shown as self-reported, and you must keep them accurate.

C6. Background checks

HospitalityHire does not run background checks. If an Employer wants to run one, that is the Employer's own process. The law generally requires the Employer to give you a written disclosure and get your written permission first.

C7. Staying safe

We do not verify Employers. Use your own judgment before sharing personal details, attending an interview or starting work. You should never have to pay an Employer or anyone else to get a job. Tell us at tom@hospitalityhire.group if anything about an Employer or a role seems wrong.

C8. Help with pay concerns

If you think you have not been paid correctly, you can contact the US Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, and in Miami-Dade County, the county's wage theft program.

C9. Fees

Workers are never charged to use HospitalityHire.
