Free Restaurant Job Posting in Miami (Currently)
To be clear up front: HospitalityHire does not currently have a live job-posting tool. You cannot publish a listing here today. What you can do is register your restaurant's interest in hiring kitchen staff.
HospitalityHire is currently collecting interest registrations only. It is not yet a job board, account service, candidate search or matching service, and registering does not guarantee any contact, hire or outcome.
Employers hire people directly. HospitalityHire doesn't employ staff or place people on anyone's payroll.
Currently free for employers.
How registering interest works
- Tell us your business name, location and the kitchen roles you need.
- Choose permanent full-time, part-time or both.
- We may contact you as hiring features open in your part of Miami.
Kitchen roles only
Line cook, prep cook, dishwasher and kitchen porter. Front-of-house roles are not included at this stage.
Draft your role details now
A clear role description helps whatever channel you use: station and cuisine, shift pattern, whether the kitchen is in Wynwood, Brickell or Coconut Grove and how staff typically get there, and required food handler training.
Food service employees at licensed Florida establishments need approved food handler training within 60 days of starting work. Read the food handler training guide.
Pay
Florida's minimum wage is $15.00 an hour from September 30, 2026. Tipped employees must receive at least $11.98 an hour plus tips; whether a particular role is tipped depends on the employer and the job. Read the Florida minimum wage guide.
